Itinerary

1. This trip no tour guide, only driver. Communication will be through electronic translation. If this is a concern, please do not book.

2. The vehicle information and pick-up/drop-off times will be confirmed at 10 p.m. the day before departure. For any issues, please contact the bilingual service WeChat: 19991909583.

3. Shangri-La is a high-altitude area (above 3,000 meters). Pregnant women, individuals over 65 years old, and those with hypertension or heart conditions are prohibited from booking this trip. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you book and conceal your condition, you will be responsible for any resulting property damage or personal injury costs.

4. Large luggage is not convenient for this trip. Valuables should be stored at the hotel or wrapped securely.

5. To protect the interests of other travelers, please arrive at the designated location on time. If you are late and miss the trip, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the service, with no refunds or rescheduling.

6. The departure and return times may be affected by traffic and sightseeing conditions and may be earlier or later than scheduled. This is normal and we ask for your understanding.

*The aforesaid pricing shall not be applicable during China's May Day Holiday and National Day Holiday. For travel arrangements made during these holiday periods, an additional surcharge of USD 20 per person will be levied to offset the price differential.

Cancellation Policy: 

1. No cancellation fees will be incurred if cancellations are submitted prior to 23:00 hours 7 days before the scheduled itinerary commencement.

2. For cancellations made within 3 to 7 days prior to the itinerary start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

3. Cancellations received before 23:00 hours two days prior to the itinerary start date are non - refundable.
